Online submission of a proposal for an activity at the EIPEN 2019 Conference

For each proposal you have to fill in a separate form. Please keep in mind the limited time for working online. Be sure to have information for yourself written out on beforehand in Word, so that you simply have to copy and paste. All information must be in correct English and checked for spelling.

If you want to submit more than one proposal, you will need to wait 20 minutes between two submissions or use another pc or internet connection. You will receive a confirmation but without opportunities for checking the elements of your submission. You are welcome to send a message to info@eipen.eu notifying us that you have submitted an abstract. In this way we have your correct e-mail address in our mailing system.

All submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee on the basis of clarity, relevance for the conference, scientific and/or innovative value for research & development (if applicable), and value for training & practice (if applicable). Names of authors or presenters will be removed for blind review.

Please note that poster submissions also have to contain new or recently started projects or initiatives. If this is not the case but the poster still contains interesting content, the committee can decide to allow it as a showcase of good practice.
